Mix butter with sugar and 6 egg yolks. When the mixture is homogeneous add potato starch and baking powder. Keep mixing the ingredients and add the dark chocolate, after previously melting it in a saucepan in a double boiler (bain-marie). Mix and add the egg whites beaten stiff. Pour into a buttered and floured baking pan and bake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degree Celsius.

- Ingredients: 250gr butter; 250gr potato starch; 300gr dark chocolate; 300gr sugar; 6 eggs; ½ a sachet of baking powder.
