USB Extender Extend USB cable with UTP Cable

Why do we need a long USB cable? Because USB cables are available in the market is usually a maximum of only 1 to 1.5 mtr. Although actually there are 10-20 meters, but there are rare and usually requires a USB repeater (klo ga wrong it's called) to strengthen the flow of data in the USB that long. the problem is the USB repeater price is quite expensive for me to buy, luckily there is a solution by extending a USB cable using UTP cable. Because of its extended klo USB cable with UTP for 20 mtr most likely still be without a USB repeater (though it still depends on the same USB in motherboard too). Usually need a long USB cable is used for the installation of a USB WiFi antenna outdoor, extended printer cable, USB HUB, etc ...

Disaranakan using USB ver 1.0, because based on experience. This trick almost always works on a USB ver 1.0

Well, we live in practice only. Materials and equipment that need to be prepared are:

1.Kabel UTP, his long suit. But I suggest no more than 20 meters. If more than 20 meters, it will take a usb repeater / usb extender to strengthen the flow of data and power.

4.Thermofit / condom cable (optional)

5.Pipa small pvc

6.Gunting

7.Solder

After all the ingredients prepared, the first thing to do is peel UTP cable on both ends of it. And is divided into 4 parts as shown below. His division, the cable joined orange on a white cable-orange, white, blue, green and the rest of the 4 wires combined into one.

Furthermore, usb cable that had been prepared earlier cut manjadi 2 parts.

Then ujung2nya in peel.

The next stage, insert a small pvc pipe / pipauntuk protective connection to each end of the UTP bakel

And, as well as in parts of its usb cable. Enter the condom wrapper on each section cable USB cable.

Next, connect the UTP cable with a USB cable, with a sequence like the picture below, it is recommended to use solder, because of my experience when not using solder, a USB device is not detected by the computer, despite being set to USB version 1.0:

After all the cables are connected, wrap the connection using a condom cable / thermofit.

And after that, the wrap had a connection with a small pvc pipe.

Now, the USB cable is ready to be used for antenna Wajanbolic using USB WiFi / USB WLAN .

10 Ways to Supercharge your Win 7

Microsoft has worked hard to banish the nightmares of Windows Vista, and the famously tweak able Windows 7 could win back some former friends with its flexibility. Here’s a quick guide to making the most of the new OS.

1. Skip the log-on screen

If you don’t want to click past the log-on screen every time you turn on you can disable it by pressing WinKey+R and typing 'control userpasswords2' in the box that appears. Now unpick 'Users must enter a username and password to use this computer'.

2. Speed up your boot time

Reduce the time it takes to get up and running by typing 'scoffing' into the Start menu search bar and clicking through to the 'System configuration' screen. Now select the 'Boot' tab, click on 'Advanced options' and set the number of processors to two or four, depending on whether your CPU is dual or quad core.

3. Correct your Colour

Windows 7 has a built-in tool for ensuring the colour accuracy of your photos. Click Start and type in DCCW to bring up the Display Colour Calibration Wizard, which will cooperatively take you through settings for brightness, colour and contrast.

4. Fine-tune the easy way

There are tons of hidden settings in Windows that you could spend hours trawling the internet to find. Why bother? Just download EnhanceMySe7en (seriousbit.com) instead, which makes fine tuning your system easy.

5. Change your screen resolution

There’s no need to go digging into the menus to adjust your screen resolution any more. Simply right-clicking on any empty area of the desktop will bring up a menu where you can set your desired screen resolution.

6. Switch screens

Changing the display you are using to external monitor is far less fiddly in Windows 7 – all you have to do is click Win+P and chose your desired screen and away you go.

7. Install Windows Live Photo Gallery

One of the best things about Vista was its Photo Gallery, which inexplicably is an optional extra Windows Live Essentials 2011 in Windows 7. If you want to break free from Microsoft, Goodge’s Picas is just as good.

8. Minimize windows quickly

Gestures are big at the moment. Windows 7’s Aero Shake is particularly cool, allowing you to minimize all your unused windows by grabbing the title bar of the pane you want left open and shaking your mouse.

9. Extend battery life

Make the most of Windows 7 new options to save laptop juice by typing ‘Power options’ into Start and clicking the link to take you to ‘Change plan options’, where you can alter the settings to suit your needs.

10. Get protected – free

You're still going to need anti-virus protection with Windows 7, but you don't have to pay an annual sub to be safe. Just download the free version of the excellent AVG security suite.
