Learning foreign language is special accomplishment, millions of people learn foreign language, but very few succeed in mastering it, the foreign language that I mean is English.
The first and obvious that the learner of English has had experience with another language. It is Indonesian or native language structure, which is his first obstacle of learning English. The beginner in foreign language has so over learned his first language, that it is hard for him to say the same things in a different way.

Process and progress in learning English depends on how an instructor or a teacher who teaches students. So, they can be motivated to learn English deeply. It’s because of they have good basic in English. So, it’s easier for them to develop their ability in English systematically.
The ability to learn English varies from person to person. There are persons who have studied English more than six year in formal school, yet who never succeed in mastering it. Some of the reasons for their differences are age, motives, intelligence, personality, readiness to learn, and emotion.
Learning English effectively and efficiently depends on a teacher or an instructor who is able to direct and adapt the student’s ability to the material that is going to teach. For example this students who have low intelligence must learn English slowly. In this case a teacher must be guide and teach them patiently, the vocabularies must be memories and practiced repeatedly from basic or daily vocabularies.
Most student can’t speak English because they don’t have basic or daily vocabularies, they never practice them. And a teacher also is not able to take them to discuss suitable for the vocabulary and structure that they have. That only teach how to answer the item fast, basic, daily, vocabulary, structure, and also pronounceable very essential to master. Because of them we will be motivated to study English effectively and efficiently.

Student who have good basic will be more self confidence to practice their English. In this case, if someone want to learn English effectively and efficiently…….
He must learn English from basic
He must practice his English suitable for vocabulary that he processes
He must add or increase new vocabularies almost every day
He must be diligent to read books written in English
He should have a friend who can speak English to practice his English
